1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped for added flavor and color
