1 cup panko bread crumbs

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season each chicken breast generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set up a breading station: place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and the panko bread crumbs in a third. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs to coat, then press firmly into the panko crumbs until well-coated.
