Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (choose from strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

2 cups Greek yogurt (your choice of plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to your liking)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

¼ cup granola or crushed nuts (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Berry Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mixed frozen berries with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Gently toss the berries to ensure they are evenly coated. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes; this will help the berries thaw slightly and release their natural juices.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt together with the remaining honey or maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Layer the Cups: Take a muffin tin or silicone muffin molds. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each cup. Next, add a layer of the berry mixture on top of the yogurt. Repeat these layers until the cups are filled, ensuring the last layer is yogurt.

Add Toppings: Generously sprinkle granola or crushed nuts on top of each yogurt cup for an extra crunch and delightful texture.

Freeze: Carefully place the muffin tin or silicone molds into the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt cups from their molds by running warm water over the outside of the muffin tin briefly if necessary. Serve immediately, adding fresh mint leaves on top for a pop of color and flavor if desired.
