Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Mini silicone muffin molds or an ice cube tray

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a spatula or whisk to blend the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Incorporate the Blueberries: Gently fold the fresh or frozen blueberries into the yogurt mixture with a rubber spatula. Be careful not to mash the blueberries; you want to retain some whole for added texture and visual appeal.

Create the Granola Topping: In a separate small bowl, mix together the granola and ground cinnamon. This will infuse the granola with warmth and enhance its flavor profile.

Fill the Molds: Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, fill each compartment of the mini muffin molds or ice cube tray with the yogurt and blueberry mixture. Aim to fill them about 3/4 full for the perfect bite-sized treats.

Add the Granola Topping: Sprinkle about a teaspoon of the cinnamon granola mixture over each yogurt bite, gently pressing it down to ensure it adheres well to the yogurt base.

Freeze Until Firm: Carefully place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solidified.

Unmold the Bites: Once frozen, take the molds out of the freezer. To release the yogurt bites, gently pop them out. If they are stubborn, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them up.

Serve and Store: Enjoy the frozen yogurt bites right away, or transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to one month. They make for a delightful, refreshing snack or dessert any time of day!

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 6+ hours | Servings: 12-15 bites

Presentation Tips: For a colorful display, serve the yogurt bites on a platter garnished with a handful of fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of granola around them, adding a touch of elegance to your dessert table!
