2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup sliced almonds (for topping)

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Using a whisk or spatula, mix thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and well blended.

    Taste the mixture and, if you prefer a sweeter flavor, gradually add more honey or maple syrup, mixing well after each addition.

      Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Alternatively, you can use silicone muffin trays, which will make for easier removal.

        Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, place generous dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or into the muffin trays, forming small pucks (approximately 1-2 tablespoons each).

          Evenly sprinkle the sliced almonds over each puck. For an indulgent touch, add mini dark chocolate chips on top, if desired, for added sweetness and a delightful crunch.

            Transfer the baking sheet or muffin trays to the freezer. Allow the pucks to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

              Once fully frozen, carefully remove the pucks from the baking sheet or muffin trays. If using the muffin trays, gently push from the bottom of each mold to release.
