Ingredients

2 cups of seedless grapes (you can use a mix of red, green, or both)

1 lime (for zesting and juicing)

2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional but recommended)

Wooden or metal skewers (at least 6 inches long)

Instructions

Prep the Grapes: Begin by rinsing the grapes thoroughly under cool running water. Gently pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. If any grapes are still attached to their stems, carefully remove them.

Make the Lime Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, honey or agave syrup, and sea salt. Use a whisk to mix everything together until the honey or agave is well dissolved, and the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Skewer the Grapes: Take your skewers and carefully thread the grapes onto them. For a vibrant presentation, alternate between red and green grapes. Aim to fit about 5-7 grapes per skewer, packing them closely together but ensuring they aren't crushed.

Marinate the Skewers: Once all grapes are skewered, arrange them in a shallow dish and pour the lime mixture over the top. Using a spoon or your clean hands, gently turn the skewers to make sure each grape is evenly coated with the lime mixture. Allow the skewers to marinate at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Freeze the Skewers: After the marinating period, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the skewers flat on it. Make sure they are spaced out enough to prevent sticking. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the skewers freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm and frozen.

Serve and Enjoy: When ready to serve, take the skewers out of the freezer. If desired, add a touch of freshness by garnishing with fresh mint leaves before serving. These delightful frozen grape skewers are an excellent choice for summer gatherings, leisurely snacks, or simply a refreshing treat at any time!
