Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Use a whisk or a silicone spatula to mix thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps remaining.

    Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and a pinch of sea salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir carefully until all the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the base.

      Line a Pan: Take an 8x8-inch square baking dish (or a dish of equivalent size) and line it with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some overhang on the edges to facilitate easy removal of the bars later.
