1 cup pitted Medjool dates

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Prep the Dates: If your Medjool dates are firm, soften them by soaking in warm water for about 10 minutes. After soaking, drain the dates and gently pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the softened pitted dates, raw almonds, Greek yogurt, almond butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon (if desired). Pulse the mixture until it is smooth and well-combined, creating a sticky dough that holds together.
