1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slices of hearty bread (sourdough or ciabatta recommended)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, for grilling)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Spread: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well until the mixture is creamy and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Assemble the Sandwiches: On a clean work surface, place four slices of your chosen bread. Take the prepared mayonnaise spread and generously coat the top side of each slice.
