Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

For Toppings:

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand. Evenly distribute the mixture among four jar containers, using about 1/4 cup per jar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each jar to form a solid crust.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully blended and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula, ensuring the mixture stays light and airy.

Assemble the Cheesecake Layers: Spoon a generous layer of the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar, using the back of a spoon to smooth the tops.

Add Mini Marshmallows: For an enhanced flavor, you can toast the mini marshmallows by placing them under a broiler for a few seconds (watching closely to prevent burning), or you can leave them as they are. Once prepared, add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the cheesecake filling in each jar.

Melt the Chocolate Chips: In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and microwave in short intervals of 15 seconds, stirring in between, until they are completely melted and smooth. Drizzle a layer of the melted chocolate over the mini marshmallows in each jar.

Garnish with Crushed Graham Crackers: Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers over the chocolate drizzle to add delightful texture and visual appeal.

Chill and Serve: Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate them for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up. When ready to serve, you can optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with additional mini marshmallows for an extra touch.
