1 pound turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes)

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced (optional for a spicy kick)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Marinate the Turkey:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and fresh lime juice. Stir until well blended.

      - Add the turkey cubes to the bowl and toss them until each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
